• In the case of a Pousada being unavailable on your requested dates, two nearest Pousadas of similar price and quality may be offered to you as alternatives.

Cancellation policy:

• Reservations can be cancelled until 4 working days prior to arrival without charge, but need to be advised by writing .
• Reservations cancelled within 4 working days (96 hours prior to midday on the arrival date) are subject to a cancellation charge of 1 night.
• Modification can be made subject to availability prior to the cancellation deadline.
• No-shows are normally charged in full.
